Coordination
Kim, our treatment coordinator, will assist you with every
aspect of your first few visits. We want to make sure your

Patient Forms
Please take the time to fill out all patient information
forms before your visit. You can down load the forms from

Kim will review all the pertinent information
with you.

X-Ray/Diagnostics
If an x-ray is needed, Kim will escort you to the records
room where, Joyce, our records/x-ray technician, will take the
necessary digital x-rays. Kim will proceed with taking
digital photographs. All this information will help you
visualize any problems with the teeth or bite. Our office
gives you the photos and x-ray allowing you to take these
records home to inform significant others.

Examination
When all the information is ready, Dr. Hearne will come to
take a close look to see if braces are required and when is
the best time to start your treatment. He will also give you
an estimate of the treatment time. We do our best to finish
your treatment on time, all of our patients appreciate this. |

Financing
Wanda, our financial coordinator, will finish up your visit
by providing information on insurances and the convenient
payment plans offered. Thank you for selecting our office,
you can be assured we will take care of your every need.
