Hi - my name is
Maxine. I am the office/scheduling coordinator for
Dr. Hearne and have been with the practice since
1999. I am able to answer any questions you may
have about scheduling appointments as well as direct you
to the appropriate team member for your treatment or
account questions. Being at the front desk allows
me the opportunity to meet and get to know so many
different people. Knowing that we, as a team, have
been involved in increasing someone's self-esteem and
confidence level is a great feeling. So if you've

In my spare time I enjoy spending time
with my husband, 3 daughters and the family dog,
traveling, camping and horseback riding. |

Hello - my name is
Kim. I am a clinical assistant for Dr.
Hearne. My first experience with Dr. Hearne's
office was through my daughter; as a patient. She
received great care and enjoyed her time in orthodontic
treatment. My husband is in the Coast Guard, so as
a family that has moved around, it was important to find
an orthodontist, and staff that are professional,
friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely found
this at Dr. Hearne's office. I am honored to
be a part of Dr. Hearne's team.
My husband and I have 3 children,
1 cat and a dog. In my spare time I enjoy getting
together with friends, reading and eating anything
chocolate.

office. My name is Wanda Young and I am Dr.
Hearne's financial coordinator. I am here to help
you with financial needs and will take the necessary
steps in order to ensure you receive all the insurance
benefits your plan allows. I have worked in the
dental field since 1970 as a chair side assistant as
well as in the business area. I
have lived in the Tidewater area all my life, but love
to travel. I love spending time with my family,
and especially enjoy being Connor's Grandma. In my
spare time I like crossword puzzles, reading, card and
board games and finding my cat Sundae's latest hiding
place. I know you will love our
office and I look forward to meeting you. |

Hello! My name is Sandy
Hart. I am the Public Relations Coordinator for Dr.
Hearne's practice. It is my job to make sure you know
we are here! We are involved with the community, the
schools, health fairs, and educational workshops.
I am a Virginian, but have moved around
a bit. I graduated from Westhampton College of the University
of Richmond. My family has lived in Suffolk for 17 years.
Dr. Hearne treated both of my sons and my husband. Now
they all have beautiful smiles! My family enjoys
camping, snow skiing, and scuba diving. Dr.
Hearne's smiles have been from the mountain top to the
ocean floor. I also do some volunteer work, play
tennis, and I love to arrange flowers.
It is fun working with
Dr. Hearne and his staff. I love people and so do they.
There is a friendly atmosphere in this office. Come

Hi, my name is Kim and
I am Dr. Hearne's Treatment Coordinator. I have worked
in the dental field since 2001. I will meet with you
at your first visit to our office and explain orthodontic
treatment and answer any questions you may have. As
the mother of two teenagers, I know first hand what
to expect with orthodontic treatment, both my children
are in the retention phase of their orthodontic
treatment.
In my leisure time I like exercising
at the YMCA, gardening, reading and spending time with
my husband and children.

Hi, I'm Joyce, Dr. Hearne's
records/x-ray technician. I have experience caring for children
in the day-care industry for many years, so working
in Dr. Hearne's office feels very comfortable . My job
is to get patients ready to start braces by gathering
information for Dr. Hearne. I have known Dr. Hearne
for a few years, since my daughter is a patient. She
loves visits to the office. When I'm not working and
learning new things in the office I like to read and
spend time with my family. I look forward to meeting

B. I am new to orthodontics but I've worked in general
dentistry since 1991. I've always been interested
in orthodontics since I had my braces many years ago.
I am happily married to Lin, a Suffolk Firefighter,
and have two sons, Chase and Alex. In my spare time
I like gardening, reading books, and spend time with
family and friends. |

Hi, my name is Christy
and I am a clinical assistant for Dr. Hearne. I
have worked in the dental field since 1999, both general
and orthodontics. I recently had braces myself and
love the outcome of my smile. I enjoy working with
the patients and hope that they love their smile as
well. Dr. Hearne and the team are great to work
with.
I live in Churchland with my
husband Elvin, who is a Warrant Officer for the US Coast
Guard and our new daughter Hailey. In my spare
time I love to visit the beach, scrapbook and spend time
with my family.

been working in orthodontics since 2004. I started working
for Dr. Hearne in September 2005 and I love the orthodontic
field. When not working I enjoy spending time
with my husband, Trevor, who is in the Coast Guard, playing with
our dog Kylee, and going to the beach. |

I am a clinical assistant for Dr. Hearne. I have
worked in the dental field since 2007. I am
currently in braces myself, so I know first hand the
process of orthodontics. I enjoy working with the
patients and the team at Dr. Hearne's office.

and spending time with friends and family.

Ruff! My name is Elvira
Von Klaren Bach, but everyone just calls me Ellie. I
am a Wire-Haired Dachshund. I was born on August 9th,
2003 in Killeen, Texas. I am an expert in tracking and
finding deer. I may be small - 20 lbs. - but Dr. Hearne
expects big things from me. When not hunting, I
enjoy, sleeping, riding in the truck, and chewing everything. |
