My husband and I have 3 children, 1 cat and a dog.  In my spare time I enjoy getting together with friends, reading and eating anything chocolate.

Hi, my name is Kristan.  I am new to Dr. Hearne's practice, however, I have been an orthodontic assistant for since 2007 in the Virginia Beach area.  What I like most about my job is getting to know and watch all my patients grow.

Hello! My name is Darlene.  I have been in the dental field since 1991. I've always been interested in orthodontics since I had my braces many years ago. Dr. Hearne has treated both my sons and my husband.  So we are a family with great smiles!

 I am happily married to Lin, a Suffolk Firefighter, and have two sons, Chase and Alex.  In my spare time I like gardening, reading books, and spend time with family and friends.

Hi! My name is Cari and I am Dr. Hearne's Financial Coordinator.  It is very satisfying to work with you on your contract and insurance to enable to you to get that beautiful smile.  

After graduating from a Dental Assisting program in 1998, my husband's military career allowed me to stay at home with our children for 10 years.  When it was time to return to work, I knew I wanted to return to orthodontics because it is so much fun to help patients with their smiles.  

I joined Dr. Hearne's team in December of 2008.  When not in the office, I enjoy watching my kids sporting events with my husband John.  I am also a Girl Scout leader and the BSA troop 151 popcorn chairperson.

Hi, my name is Brandi.  I've been a part of Dr. Hearne's team as an orthodontic assistance since 2007 and I love it!  Being a previous patient of Dr. Hearne's helps me to understand the importance of braces, taking care of your teeth properly and treatment goals of each individual.  It also helps me to explain procedures and give well based information to a patient so that they have a better understanding of taking care of their teeth with braces.  I love the technical aspect of my job, and getting to be with kids every day.  

My favorite things include sea turtles, photography, reading, and most of all...feeling the sand beneath my feet at the beach.
