Teresa – Scheduling Coordinator

Hi! I’m Teresa, Scheduling Coordinator. I have been involved in orthodontics since 2007 when my son started treatment with Dr. Hearne. It is very rewarding to see each patient’s progress throughout their orthodontic treatment. I enjoy visiting with patients and parents at each appointment to insure each patient’s process goes smoothly.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons. We enjoy camping, going to the beach, amusement parks and spending time with family and friends.

Delise – Financial Coordinator

Hi, my name is Delise and joined Dr. Hearne’s team in 2011. I have worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years, including 9 years in the dentistry/orthodontic field. During your treatment with Dr. Hearne, I will work diligently to assist you with any financial or insurance concerns that may arise. It is always a pleasure to help patients achieve a beautiful smile.

In my free time, I enjoy camping, recreational boating, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting with you in the near future!

Joyce – Records/X-ray Technician

Hi, I am Joyce, Dr. Hearne’s Records/X-ray Technician. I have been working for Dr. Hearne since 2004. I help our patients start their treatment and finish treatment, so I really get to enjoy the dramatic changes that occur to their smiles and self-esteem.

When I am not working and learning new things in the office I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.

Tracy - Orthodontic Assistant

My name is Tracy, I have been an orthodontic assistant since 1987. The years show how much I love being an assistant and working with kids.

My husband, Bob, has been a submariner for over 20 years, which has taken us to a lot of different locations. We have two wonderful children; Kelsey is 14 and my son Dustin is 11. Both our kids attend the Southampton School District. We love the outdoors and spend a lot of time camping, hiking and swimming in our pool.

Amy – Lab Technician

Hi, I’m Amy and I joined Dr. Hearne’s team in 2003. I am trained as an orthodontic clinical assistant, but have also learned to be an orthodontic laboratory technician. I love to make all the different types of appliances. They are like little works of art.

I have been married for almost fifteen years to my husband, James. We have two children, Jamie and Ethan. Dr. Hearne treated my daughter with braces and now she has a beautiful smile!

Vickie – Clinical Assistant

Hi, my name is Vickie. I have been involved in dentistry since 1983 and orthodontics since 2001. Each year brings more excitement when working with patients.

I am married to Big John who farms fulltime raising cotton, soybeans and wheat. I enjoy helping on the farm and riding with him during planting, spraying and harvesting. We have two adult children, Bryan and Whitney; and Kelsey is in high school. Spending time with family and friends is important to us.

Kim – Treatment Coordinator

Hello! My name is Kim. I am the Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Hearne’s office. I joined Dr. Hearne’s team in 2007. As the Treatment Coordinator, I will meet with you on your first visit to our office. I enjoy explaining the benefits of orthodontics, as well as, answering any questions you may have.

My husband is in the military. We have three children that keep us busy with their activities. All of my children have had orthodontic care with Dr. Hearne. They all have beautiful smiles which makes me smile!
