Questions About Visiting Our Office
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your dental insurance card (if applicable), a completed new patient form (available for download on our Patient Forms page), and a list of any questions you may have. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must be present at the consultation.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes, we accept most major dental and orthodontic insurance plans. Our front desk team will verify your benefits before your appointment and help you understand your coverage. We also offer flexible payment plans for any remaining balance.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Both our North Suffolk (Breezeport Way) and South Suffolk (Hillpoint Blvd.) locations maintain these hours for your convenience.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule your complimentary consultation by calling either of our locations, using the online appointment request form on our website, or visiting us in person. Our team will work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer several payment options including insurance, flexible in-house payment plans, and third-party financing. We believe cost should never stand in the way of receiving care, and we will work with you to find a solution that fits your budget.
Can I transfer my orthodontic treatment from another office?
Yes! If you are relocating to the Suffolk area or would like to switch orthodontic providers, Dr. Taylor can evaluate your current treatment and develop a plan to continue your care seamlessly.
